Najbliža plaža udaljena je 500 metara, a na udaljenosti od 150 do 200 metara možete pronaći restoran, dućan, kafiće i slične sadržaje. Studio apartman „Niko" nalazi se na prvom katu zgrade koja je smještena u centru mirnog mjesta Červar-Porat koje je udaljeno cca. 5km od centra Poreča. Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.

It is a great place for a peaceful holiday on the seashore. There are many historical places to visit close-by: Pula, Motovun, Rovinj, Porec etc. My place is close to restaurants and dining and the beach . You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the light. My place is good for families (with kids). It is completely furnished.
