Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

this is really nice location, good neighbours, lovely terrace, comfortable apartments is a good shape... super quick responsive host. Really good parking place with sun protection. and also and some resting place nearby.

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

We are so happy we chose Merimas place! Everything was clean and nice! She welcomed us and we immediatly felt like we are at home. Definitely we recommend staying at Merimas place! You will not regret this! Merima was so lovely! Thank you so much for everything!

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende in Split. Die Unterkunft war perfekt und die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum mit wundervollem Ausblick! 4/5 Personen können locker dort schlafen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles vorhanden. Zum Hafen und Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß 10 Min. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 5 Min. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, also Sporteinheit inklusive aber kein Problem. Es gab sogar einen Begrüßungsfrühstück mit Obst, Toast, etc. Lile war eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar. Wir haben über sie auch einen Transport zum Flughafen gebucht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

SERGIO WAS SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY HE MET US IN FRONT OF HIS PLACE AND DIRECTED US WHERE TO PARK HELPED US UNLOAD THE LUGGAGE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW. AND MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY THE LAST DAY I MISPLACED MY CAR KEYS AND HE HELPED US FIND THEM AND LET US STAY LATE WHILE HE CALLED THE RENTAL COMPANY AND EXPLAINED OUR SITUATION WE FOUND THE KEYS BECAUSE OF HIS EXTRA TIME AND EFFORT THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR VISITING SPLIT THE WATER PALACE AND PARKS ARE ALL WITHIN CLOSE WALKING DISTANCE WE WILL STAY THEIR AGAIN WITHOUT CONSIDERING ANY OTHER PLACE THANK YOU SERGIO

Mieszkanie duże, przestorne, czyste. Kuchnia dobrze wypasażona, jednak czasami brakowało drobiazgòw (np., korkociąg, czajnik). Balkon duży, na przeciwko kościoła, co sprawiało pewny problem w godzinach porannych, gdy zaczynało się dzwonienie. Mnie osobiście to nie przeszkadzało, jednak żona się budziła. Dużym plusem uważam znajdujące się na parterze domu pizzeria (gorąco polecam), sklep spożywczy oraz knajpa. Ostrzegam właścicieli dużych samochodów - wjazd i wyjazd na parking podziemny jest bardzo wąski, co może stanowić problem, w szczególności wyjazd. Dojazd samochodem do lepszych plaży Splita oraz do pałacu Diokleciana trwal około 15-20 minut. Właściciele bardzo pomocne. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam jak bardzo udany.

very nice house with a nice little garden incl whirlpool and bbq. All amendities are available and we were able to check in early and out late. Maggie' daughter Melanie respondenten very quickly on questions. City center is close, 10 min walk and bakery across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

We had a fantastic stay in Magnus' apartment. It's very cosy, had all facilities, lovely patio. As a host he is very friendly and doing his best to make your stay comfortable. The location is also fantastic, very close to the historical centre. If I would book again in Split it would be definitely with him.

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

Karlo was a fantastic host, responsive and flexible with our check in. He gave us local recommendations and was very helpful in explaining all the features in the apartments. The apartments were spotless, squeaky clean with comfortable furnishings and plenty of places to sit and socialise. Tucked away around a corner, the house was very private and quiet. A quick walk into town, it was nearby to the seafront, ferry port and a number of restaurants and bars. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay at Zeljanas , she was the most lovely host I've ever met, made us feel at home straight away! She went above and beyond for us, we had everything we needed and more. Very responsive to messages :) The apartment was super clean, up to date and comfortable. A 10 minute uber ride into the center and a huge shopping mall only 10 minute walk away. Theres a free car parking spot right outside the apartment which was also a bonus. Bed was super comfy, slept well every night! I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Split or nearby , can't fault anything :)

This is a fantastic place to rest and relax. Damira is extremely gracious leaving the essentials in the fridge, along with an amazing birthday cake for my husband. It really is home from home, with the addition of a swimming pool. The outside cooking and dining area was sublime. I have no reservations in recommending this property. Damira deserves the 5 stars she receives from all that stay. Thank you

This Sky apartment located on the 5th floor is in a perfect location for exploring Split. It is a quick 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal and close to grocery stores. You will have to climb 100 stairs but once you open the door you will see why it was worth it. This adorable apartment is so tastefully done and utilizes the space well. The bedroom is situated at the back away from the busy street. The kitchen, although small, has everything you would need. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine and is very well equipped. The patio with the view of the harbour is amazing. A table, chairs, and 2 loungers are ready for you to relax. This place is a real gem. Book it if it is available.

Great apartment outside of the hustle of old town but easily walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We especially appreciated the proximity to the Marjan forest park which was lovely to walk/swim/explore. We were only in town for one day/night and Dragana was kind enough to accommodate early check in so we could head to the apartment right from our ferry - and even left us some complimentary beer for our arrival! Would recommend and stay again if we’re back in Split.

Nous avons séjourné chez Goran afin de découvrir Split ! Le logement est spacieux et confortable, proche de plusieurs commodités (grand centre commercial) et à proximité d’un bus gratuit pour se rendre au port de Split (vieux centre ville). Le logement est très bien équipé. Goran est un hôte arrangeant et accueillant. Nous vous recommandons !

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

The best thing about the apartment is the location. Everything is at walkable distance. It was very clean and just like the pictures. Marko was always available but wasn’t in the city during our stay, so his mother welcomed us. She’s a really nice lady and made sure that we had everything we needed. They were both excellent hosts :)
