Prive-studio met airco aan bosrand met eigen badkamer en kitchenette. Prachtige ligging aan de N70 wandelroute. De kamer heeft een eigen ingang via de tuin, eigen voorzieningen, volledig afsluitbaar. Gedeeld gebruik van de tuin en terras. Het 2-persoonsbed is 1,40 m breed en 2.10 m lang. Zelf-service eenvoudig ontbijt is inbegrepen. Keukentje met kookplaat en magnetron is geschikt voor het bereiden van een eenvoudige maaltijd. Fietsen kunt U stallen onder de overkapping in de afgesloten tuin.

Gratis Wifi . Eigen keuken. Fietsen kunnen kosteloos gebruikt worden. Minimaal verblijf 2 nachten.

Je beschikt over een gezellig ingerichte zit slaapkamer. Het gebruik van de luxe ingerichte badkamer plus toilet is inclusief en word niet gedeeld met anderen. Daarnaast heb je een eigen ingang tot het perceel. We zijn heel gastvrij en je kunt met al jouw vragen bij ons komen. Onze ruimte is alleen te huur in combinatie met 1 of meer overnachtingen. Niet alleen voor een aantal uren. VANAF 4 OKTOBER IS CHRISTMAS WORLD WEER OPEN BIJ INTRATUIN DUIVEN!! 10 MINUTEN MET DE AUTO VANAF ONS ADRES.

Volledig gerenoveerd appartement midden in hartje Nijmegen! Dit monumentale pand is gelegen aan de oudste winkelstraat van Nederland, en door het houten skelet proef je de authentieke sfeer. Voor de deur is een verkeersvrije zone, dus er geen overlast van voorbijrazend verkeer. Alles wat je nodig hebt, vind je letterlijk in de straat: winkels, restaurants, supermarkt (tegenover het appartement), goede sfeer, gezellige mensen, vermaak en openbaar vervoer. Verblijf in het hart van Bottendaal, een van de meest sfeervolle en historische wijken van Nijmegen. Wandel langs kleurrijke gevels, ontdek gezellige cafés en geniet van een kop koffie of een uitgebreid diner op het terras. Met het bruisende centrum en het centraal station op 10 min loopafstand combineert deze wijk levendigheid met rust de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Nijmegen te verkennen. Inchecken gaat zelfstandig via een sleutelkastje. De gegevens ontvang je op de dag van aankomst.

Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

De Oude Glasfabriek

De Oude Glasfabriek vindt u in de populaire Nijmeegse wijk “Oost”. Het pand is gelegen aan een rustig pad waar u vooral de vogels hoort. Toch ligt het midden in de wijk. Binnen enkele minuten lopen heeft u ruime keuze aan gezellige cafés en restaurants. Het stadscentrum, de Waalkade, de Ooijpolder of de bossen zijn dichtbij. Ook de Radboud Universiteit en de Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) zijn met de fiets binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar.

Het onlangs gerenoveerde appartement is gelegen in de gezellige wijk Bottendaal met terrasjes en cafés in overvloed. Het is op loopafstand van het centraal station, stadscentrum en de Radboud universiteit en ziekenhuis. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. De straat is rustig en groen. In het appartement vindt u allerlei apparatuur zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, oven en magnetron. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang en balkon.

The studio is located in the quiet Brakkenstein district, surrounded by beautiful nature and forests, just a 5-minute walk from the university (Radboud Nijmegen) and close to the center. Nice for couples to explore Nijmegen for a few days! This unique design loft is located in the centre of Nijmegen. Two minutes walk from Central Station in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice bars, coffee bars, stores and restaurants within walking distance. You sleep in a comfortable Auping bed and furniture is top class design. By car? No problem. In front is a free private parking place.

Studio Wolk

The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
