My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

Danny was awesome! He made sure the stay was worth while. The condo was clean all appliances work, bed was comfortable, linens clean and stainless. Will definitely come back again! Thanks for a pleasant stay

We stayed a few days after evacuating from the storm in WNC. We needed a quiet, peaceful place that was somewhat close to Wilmington. This was all of that and more. The back deck and the dock were peaceful places to hang out any time of day. The house is well stocked and very clean. The beds and furniture are comfortable. There is a restaurant within walking distance and many more minutes away. Beach is minutes away also. Definitely recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

This place is awesome. Super quiet and very comfortable. dog friendly! We had and awesome time grilling in the backyard. Beach is super easy to get to. I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect place for a weekend getaway on Topsail Island. Jopseph's place is very spacious, even when staying with two couples you'd have plenty of room in case of bad weather. Getting to the beach is less than three minute walk and a popular bar and small convenience store are right across the street, so you won't even need your car.

Amazing stay we came for my son birthday and had an amazing time at the beach and a beautiful home right near the beach, only downside the pool was closed but other than that everything was perfect.

Dwen’s condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do the place justice. I’ve never seen a kitchen so stocked with supplies. Dwen was very responsive with any concerns we had and addressed them quickly. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thanks Dwen!

Jeremy and Melissa's place was great. Just as described. You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. When my daughter left her beloved stuffed animal, they responded right away and helped me make arrangements to get it back to her. Lovey home, lovely hosts!

This place was perfect for my family! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had the basic necessities. It’s all the things you hope to have when staying outside of your own home. 1000/10 would recommend this place and will definitely return in the future!

Really enjoyed our time here. It is very close to the beach and also beach access. The kitchen is quite large and accommodates cooking a large meal. We have three kids and there was plenty of room to sleep comfortably. Not sure how crowded this part of the beach gets in the Summer, but the location is amazing and not having to find parking is such a benefit for this area. Secluded environment, yet not more that 15 minutes from a full grocery store. You are sort of limited on TV options here to what apps are on the tv (the rules ask you not to add any apps) so a firestick of your own or an HDMI cord to connect your laptop is something I would recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We all thought it was awesome from location to the home itself. All our kids had something to do at all times between the games, beach and the sound. We would definitely recommend and would come back!

We had a great time! House was very spacious loved the floor plan with family room on the first floor , plenty of bathrooms an added bonus and the peaceful environment and convenience to things like supermarket and stores. Definitely would come back and reccomend !

Great place, with lots of light in the mornings and super cozy inside! I enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood, and the best part was how close to the beach I was!

Karen and her husband went over the top to make us feel welcome. Kindness and real southern hospitality were so appreciated as we dealt with a pipe leak and flood at my moms house down the road. The guest house was clean and comfortable and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lovely, Lovely people! Thank you so much Karen!

Amazing place - our family loved staying here and watching the sunrise and sunsets from the decks on both sides and levels of the house! Super clean and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. The private beach access is unbeatable!
