Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Home for the Holidays! 4BR/2Bath-Private Pool

Home will be decorated for the holidays including a Christmas Tree and Outdoor Lights. Calendar is open for the next summer season- Pool opens May 1st for the season! Pool season-May 1- October 31. Perfect home to spend time with your love ones. You should have everything you will need to enjoy yourself at our wonderful home! Minutes to our beautiful beaches. An easy 10-min drive to public beach access. After you hit the beach rinse off in our outdoor shower & hang out by our above-ground private pool and new hot tub. Grill dinner lakeside & enjoy at our picnic tables! Hot tub opened year round.
