A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

Welcome to our peaceful and private studio. Enjoy magic views of the harbour whilst relaxing by the pool, listening to bird song and toasting the sunset. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday or de stress after a busy day. According to the NZ Herald 7/9/2017 we are the 5th most wish listed Airbnb in New Zealand. For the month of January we have a minimum of 4 night stay Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants. Couples only.

Located in the recently-completed Eden Green apartment complex, Our Place is a modern one-bedroom apartment with its own private patio and garden. Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

A 20 minute walk to Mt Smart Stadium and a 2 minute walk to cafes and eateries.
