The cottage is a quiet retreat 10 mins from New Plymouth city. Wake up to the call of Tui and the sound of a stream running outside. Only a 10 minute drive into New Plymouth and beaches, 5 mins to the Egmont National Park. The Village hosts a cafe, petrol station, large mountain bike park, NZ's largest Holden Museum with luge and mini golf.

Walk 2 minutes down our road and enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Taranaki on a clear day. Walkway around the corner - 30 minutes bike ride to Fitzroy Beach/Te Rewa Rewa bridge. Several hiking trails can be found nearby. Accessible via a private staircase, this yurt offers you a comfortable king-size bed, lounge area and kitchenette. The bath and shower are outdoors. A separate small building contains the toilet.

Warm, spacious, private self contained studio flat at rear of host's section. 15min walk to city center, 2min walk to Pukekura park and Bowl of Brooklands. Owners are long time surfers,motorcyclist,and life long residents so can advise on many activities.
