The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

Distance to the sea and swimming beach is 200 meters Distance to the bus station 20 meters-distance to city center 3 or 4 minutes, There is a water heater switch in the house that, after turning it on, will heat the water throughout the house. There is a hot and cold air conditioning system in all rooms and they can easily heat and cool the room.
