To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Diese komplett neu eingerichtete Wohnung gehört Philipp, meinem Freund. Er ist im September auf Reisen und vermietet in dieser Zeit seine Unterkunft. Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Tram 20 (fährt sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts) liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, von dort aus sind es 20 min öffentlich zum Oktoberfest oder 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
