The inlet is a wildlife refuge to seals, eagles, otters, etc. All can be spotted in their natural habit while you sit on the deck with a 90 degree panoramic waterfront view. This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.
