Parma Centro House è situato in pieno centro storico, ideale per un soggiorno dedicato alla cultura, alla musica, allo shopping e alla scoperta delle tradizioni gastronomiche parmigiane. L'appartamento è situato nel quartiere Oltretorrente, in pieno centro storico, vicino a tutte le zone d'interesse socio-culturale della città. Appena ristrutturato, si sviluppa al secondo piano di un vecchio monastero servito da ascensore. Il monolocale pur essendo di dimensioni modeste comprende una cucina completa, un ampio tavolo da pranzo, un letto ad una piazza e 1/2 (120cm di larghezza e comodo anche per due persone) e un bagno veramente lussuoso.
