This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. Best Location!!! Walk to all! Take the trolley, Uber! & optional -one parking space. Please read the reviews! You'll love it too! It's Central & well furnished & a fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains. This well designed, fully updated detached studio casita is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Diego - Mission Hills. Surrounded by a serene garden courtyard with private entry and quiet patio. Close to great dining, grocery stores and shopping, and a mere 10 minutes or less to most of San Diego’s main attractions. If you are coming by car, there is plenty of free street parking - otherwise Ubers are plentiful and reasonably priced.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
