Both our houses are designed in the contemporary style. We used custom made decor and cherry tree furniture. A lot of windows, glass doors, bright and open space are inside the house. It is very quiet outside. You most likely will be alone at the beach. We share the whole sea cove with only one neighboring house. It is a pure paradise if you want to live on the beach on your own and within minutes of driving to the main local attractions. You'll be amazed of our botanical garden and landscape.

Beautiful Mid-coast Maine lakehouse! Relax with friends & family at this peaceful 2.6 acre lakehouse with 260’ of private Sebasticook Lake frontage plus private dock. Built in 1900, Sugarmaple Lakehouse sits back from the water 100 yards on meticulously-cared-for grounds. Grill on the deck, hang out at the fire pit with S'mores. Welcome to a newly renovated two bedroom and 1 bathroom home in a welcoming residential neighborhood. Our home has an open layout w/ a spacious deck and yard off the back of the house and an attached garage. We welcome children and families. This space is centrally located to the shopping areas; 5-10 minutes by car, we are also quite close to the eclectic downtown. Downtown Bangor is a quick 10 minute drive or if you enjoy walking approximately 30-35 minutes through the lovely ‘tree’ streets.

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.
