The Nook Near the Old Mill

Retreat to this bright and completely remodeled 1930's mill house with a full kitchen, fireplace, and boho decor. Conveniently located 3 minutes from the Old Mill District and Hwy 97 access. We are a boutique operation and pride ourselves on attention to detail. The yard area is a quiet oasis with native plants, seats and an easy to operate propane fire-table. You'll feel like you've rented a small house with your own private kitchenette, fridge, living room, bath, walk-in-closet and washer/dryer. Located in the desirable westside of Bend, walking distance to the popular Northwest Crossing and Galveston restaurants and shopping. Bike straight to Phil's Trails and just a 30 min drive to Mt. Bachelor. Enjoy walking trails just outside the house. Most guests comment that the place is much bigger and more private than they thought. Read our reviews!

Stunning River Front | Hot Tub | Old Mill | Bikes

Enjoy this Contemporary Luxury Home directly on the Deschutes River. Literally step out your back door and stroll, run or paddle up and down the river. The river trail is a 3 3/4 mile loop and one of the best hikes around. Back at home sit on your deck or in the Hot Tub and listen the the sounds of the river going by and enjoy peaceful solitude. Shop or get a bite to eat at The Old Mill, Box Factory, Food Carts and more which are a peaceful 3/4 mile stroll along the river trail. Enjoy!

Location! Bungalow River & Beach Access

Welcome to our Century-Old Craftsman Bungalow on Riverfront Street. This one bedroom, one bath sleeps two to three. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, floor to ceiling river rock gas fireplace, inviting front porch, back deck with propane BBQ, table/ chairs. The Bungalow has a peek of the river, as it is considered the "guest house" to the larger "main house" it shares the lot with. Enjoy low bank river access to launch your kayak. Park the car and experience the best Bend has to offer.

Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

This fantastic modern home is in the sweet spot of Bend...just next door to the Deschutes River, Downtown Bend, parks, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You'll love our home because of the amazing location, the mid-century inspired ambiance, the high ceilings, the people, and the local views. We are the perfect centrally located home for any Bend adventure. Our place is great for couples and solo adventurers. This is not a party house. Sorry no pets.

This beautiful and updated townhouse is located just blocks away from the Old Mill District. You can walk or ride down to the Hayden Homes Ampitheater, shopping, dining and of course the Deschutes River. The 2 bedroom 2 bath house itself is surrounded by trees and is very private. You will love the full tile shower in the master bathroom and the light and bright kitchen with updated appliances. This place is a perfect mix of comfort and location.
