Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. This suite is walking distance to beaches, restaurants and pubs. Whether you enjoy hiking biking or walking by the lake it’s all out your back door to enjoy! Summerland is also well known for the bottle neck drive where you can visit wineries for a tasting and lunch while enjoying the views. There is no smoking inside. SMALL pets only please. Located 20 minutes from town and 30 minutes to the golf course. 10 minutes to nearest lake, with approximately 100 more within an hours drive. Bordering access to the KVR trail. Outdoor activities include quading, biking, fishing, hunting etc. Leave the city behind and come enjoy the country outdoor experience where the night sky comes alive.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. No cell phone service so you can really disconnect. Go for a hike, or snowshoe just outside the door. If you feel adventurous take a drive to the wineries minutes away, or up to Apex ski hill 21 km away. If you are visiting during winter months, good winter tires are recommended. Are driveway is plowed and sanded. Sleep peacefully among the treetops in this private suite 20 minutes from Penticton BC, the city of beaches.
