This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

OSU campus is just a short way north and the Arena District & downtown are a short way south. Ohio Stadium is 1.4 miles (28 min. walk) Go Bucks! There are many tasty restaurants within walking distance. Space has a kitchenette (no stove) if you chose to eat in. Grocery store & carry-out are also close by.

Its prime location in the Short North is in easy reach of OSU and DT on foot or by bus. I expect guests to read my entire listing before booking & printed manual upon arrival, so that expectations are clear. As of 12/2022, the apt. feature a fully renovated bathroom.
