This stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home will not disappoint! Our home is brand new and finished construction in April 2020. We are currently setting up furniture but please expect everything to be very high end. Artist paradise by the River

An artists creative space, full of love. Near downtown, OSU, and all the best Columbus has to offer. on a lovely quiet street next to a park and a bike path . Expect the lovely sounds of children laughing, tennis and basketball playing at times. Please Note : Dogs are welcome with approval of breed and number of pets. An additional charge of $30 Pet cleaning fee for each additional pet. Sorry no cats!
