We offer a shelter, extra showers, grill, griddle, rustic outdoor showers, fire pit area in wooded lot on the water, kayak rentals, etc. We have houseboats, campers and a tiny house for rent at this beautiful marina. We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

This retreat offers the scenery of wildlife inside or outdoors. You have the chance to see zebras, bison, camels, and much more! Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. Relaxing Houseboat off the Ohio River, Near Casino

This houseboat is in a unique setting on the water right off the Ohio River with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The grounds are available for use along with a shelter house with table, chairs, extra bathrooms and grills. You can take a pontoon boat ride on the River for a $75 donation per hour, kayaks are $25 per kayak including the lifejacket. NOTICE if the fish are active, they can bump the bottom of the boat and it makes a knocking noise. If you are a light sleeper I recommend earplug

We offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a sleeper sofa with a queen size bed, a loft with 3 queen size beds, and 1 full bath with walk-in shower. Enjoy relaxing on the large attached private patio which includes a 3 seat glider, two adirondack chairs, two chaise lounge chairs, a bench, and an outdoor shower. If you have a boat (up to 27ft), you can tie off to the house and never take your boat back out of the water. Starlink high speed Wi-Fi, Roku TV's in every room for downtime.

This Houseboat has a newer bathroom remodel, double bed in the front, two twin beds in a cuddy area with only a 2 1/2 foot ceilings, the table and couch can also be beds. You cannot swim around the boats due to electrical hook up at the marina. There are extra showers in the shelter and rustic outdoor showers or guests. I rent kayaks and life jackets for $25 per. It’s a peaceful setting here and I rent the house, houseboats, campers, and a tiny house.
