Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. I'm 20 min from Te Awamutu, 30 min to Hamilton , 40 min to Waitomo Caves, Lake Karapiro or Raglan, 1 hr to Hobbiton & 25 min to Mystery Creek for Field Days. Queen-size bed accommodates up to 2 people. Beautiful views across the area & close access to many local tramping options. Solar-powered apartment is in excellent shape with a kitchen covered with all the basics. Heat pump, wifi & tv (freeview) provided.
