Rebecca’s place was perfect for our time in Athens. It was close to campus and downtown, which is just what I was looking for. It was a cozy space for my two daughters and I to hang out for the weekend. Rebecca even left my shoes out for my daughter to pick up when I left them behind.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake house. Quite comfortable and peaceful, with great views and extremely easy access to the lake!

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

Very peaceful and cozy home. Super clean and well organized. Very good cookware, plates and utensils. Great deck and Lake view! The only thing I wished was that we had booked a longer stay. Time went way to fast! Just a heads up for those who bring a boat, it would be best to launch before you proceed to the property. It's a tight area with a trailer.

We booked this house for the groomsmen of a wedding in Athens. When we got there, we were met by David, who was nice enough to give us a tour and tell us all the information we needed to know. He gave us his personal phone number and was very quick to respond whenever we needed help. As for the house itself, the guys and I really enjoyed the character and atmosphere of each room. The den was a wonderful hangout spot and the piano was fun to play around on. The sunroom and patio areas were also favorite areas to hang out and play chess in. Nine adult men slept extremely comfortably in this house. I’d recommend this place to any large group!!

Maggie was very responsive and the place was outfitted with everything we could ask for. Would absolutely stay here again!

Kevin’s house was in a great location, was extremely clean and had lots of space for our group. He was responded quickly to questions we had and check in/out was easy. We would definitely stay here again our next time in Athens.

James and Diana's home was amazing! It was the cleanest AirB&B we've ever stayed at. The beds were comfy. Plenty of extra towels, pillows, linens and blankets. Several places to relax outside. We used the boating dock and it was so nice. There were chairs for those of us who did not ride on the boat. There were tvs in all the rooms. Plenty of dishes and cookware were in the kitchen. The appliances were top of the line. There's a washer and dryer; we didn't need it because it our stay was short. We will definitely return and stay longer!

One of the nicest and cleanest places we have stayed. Great location for our needs and cute downtown area with some nice restaurants. Good communication with owner.

We enjoy our stay everytime we stay here. Has everything we need and always clean and comfortable. Host are very kind. Would stay here again if back in the area.

We had a weekend stay for a friend’s wedding in downtown Monroe. This is such a cute little space. We greatly enjoyed seeing the chickens as well!

I don't remember receiving instructions of what to do at checkout. Maybe I missed it. The parking could be better, but it was a very nice house.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids and it could not have been more perfect. the house is beautiful, incredibly clean, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. I am really grateful to have stayed here and would love to come back!

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

My extended family stayed at the Blueberry Farm over the Thanksgiving holiday. to begin, the cabin is loaded with charm and is very homey. There was plenty of firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace throughout our stay. Four adults and four children ages 9-15 were very comfortable sleeping there along with their dog who was also provided a bed. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking, and the lake provides a beautiful view and opportunities for both canoeing and fishing. This is a great place to gather to enjoy the company of friends and family without a lot of distractions. Jean was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect cabin for any fisherman wanting to stay close to Lake Russell. Owners have a great layout for charging your boat and driveway is very convenient for truck and boat hooked up. Cabin is very spacious inside and very clean. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to anything that may come up or for just general information. I will be staying here again.

Spencer and Amy were super responsive for our change in guest count. The cabin was so cozy and perfect for a wedding guest weekend away!
