The 2 bdrm, 1 bath cottages have been freshened up from top to bottom. 1 Queen bedroom & 1 Full/Full bunk bedroom (queen sofa bed too). 3 ceiling fans, all linens, Wifi - Flat Screen TV - 2 shared Fire pits & amazing Sunsets with free Kayaks. Suitable for 4 adults max with up to 2 children. New decks and outdoor showers!

Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

We have 1 king bed, 2 full beds and a couch. Many state ORV trails nearby. Ride from the cabin to the trails. Fishing at the pier or boat rentals available at the marina. Cookout, have a campfire, or head into town to eat. We have a jet pack by Verizon for limited wifi service or bring your own wifi. Smart TV w/out Cable.
