The apartment is a bedroom with sitting area, fully equipped kitchen & bath. It's in the heart of the town & walkable to all the boutiques, restaurants & nightlife! It comes equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee pods,sparkling water, wifi & tv if you just want to chill. It's steps from the canal for lovely sunrise/sunsets! There are bike/walking paths nearby.

Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich.
