Beautiful, Private 2-Bedroom Guest Suite near UGA!

Unique upstairs guest suite (private entrance) in a craftsman style house on a beautiful wooded setting next to a creek. Downtown Watkinsville shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Location is less than 6 miles from UGA, Sanford Stadium and all the fun of fabulous downtown Athens. We are also only 15 minutes from historic Madison. Whether GameDay weekends, parents' weekends, graduations, conferences, getaways, nearby hiking and mountain trips, this is the perfect choice!

Art House & Garden Near Downtown

Enjoy a cozy private room within walking distance of downtown Athens and UGA campus, along with two great parks. The inviting guest room has its own private entrance and a bathroom with a mosaic floor. It includes a queen-sized mattress, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a filtered water line, a utility sink, and other amenities for a pleasant stay. Outside is an ever-changing garden. The room is connected to the historic home and art garden of a friendly local artist. A great stay in Athens!

Cozy studio apartment, <1 mile to Downtown

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Daylight Basement Apartment (900 sq. ft.) has a full bathroom, bedroom, living room and bar. Wi-Fi, Darts, 2 smart TV's, small Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig, Toaster Oven, and a Ice Machine. Towels and linens are provided. Backyard trail leads to Harris Shoals park. Take a hike on the trail to the beautiful shoals.

NOT a PARTY house for loud groups. An abundance of space with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, dishwasher, small countertop convection oven and coffee.Peaceful Southern Charm is fabulous for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 5 PERSON MAXIMUM. There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

A cozy retreat in the middle of east side Athens. Entire basement guest suite with private entrance and covered outdoor patio (complete with patio furniture to enjoy when the weather is nice). Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, come back to a spacious, comfortable suite at the end of the day. Your host family lives upstairs above the guest space, and are available if you need help or suggestions on true "Athenian" restaurants or activities.

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family and new baby live upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear the baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t been able to hear our baby, check out our reviews!
