Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Middle of It All - Downtown Athens

I booked at the last minute. Lori was quick to respond and send instructions. We only live about an hour outside of Athens but wanted to stay overnight for a 2 day event so we didn’t have to drive back for the 2nd day. It was so nice not to be stuck in a hotel room! The apartment is in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your apartment. We will definitely be back!

Entire Modern Spacious Condo - Near Downtown/Uga

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. The property felt welcoming and was perfectly organized, which made settling in a breeze. The location was ideal for our visit to Athens. It was just a quick drive to the UGA campus, making it easy to get to our events and explore the area without hassle. The nearby neighborhood offered plenty of great dining options and shops, which we appreciated. The space itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host thought of all the details, from the cozy bedding to ample charging outlets and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. The clear check-in instructions made the process smooth. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay near UGA. We’d definitely come back!

Spacious 2- bedroom condo in downtown Athens

This apartment has a spacious living room, is very comfortable, clean and bright and is right on the edge of North Campus, with the living room windows look out at campus across Broad St. The convenience to campus and downtown Athens are unbeatable. The parking garage Alicia recommends has an exit on Clayton St, so if you park near that exit, you're just a block from the apartment.

Abby was a great host. Her place was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The location was great for activities at UGA and I was able to walk to where I needed to on campus. Parking in her complex was great and in safe area I appreciate Abby’s hospitality.

Downtown Athens Condo - UGA & Stadium Views

Don't look any further! Jennifer's Condo has beautiful views, is decorated so nicely with the Athen's music theme. And she has thought of everything! She has lots of nice touches such as coffee & tea for you, extra extension boards for all your plug in's, an Alexa type of device, nice towels! Not to mention a perfect location! Especially if you are visiting the U of Georgia! We had such a wonderful comfortable stay & will definitely be back!

The perfect location for our visit to UGA! Right across the street from campus and in the heart of the Athens action, this apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from the host made check-in a breeze.

Luxury Cozy Condo Downtown (#720)

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

Obsessed with the design & decor in this condo - modern, clean, beautiful. Spacious, open living/dining/kitchen. His & her sinks, comfortable bedrooms w/ blackout blinds, updated bathroom. Perfect location downtown. Will be booking again next time we're in Athens!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! It is located right downtown with easy access to everything Athens has to offer!! it was perfect for our quick weekend to visit our son at UGA. The furnishings were great, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

Great Athens stay! We came to bring Thanksgiving to our son who plays football for UGA and attend the game that weekend. Paul was a great host very responsive and friendly. Our son is a freshman so we definitely intend to visit Paul’s place again. We would definitely recommend you stay in this beautiful place!

This place was absolutely perfect! Tricia is so kind and helpful. Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is SO clean. So many blankets and supplies. I could not be happier. All of the Dawg decor was a major plus. I hope to be back! Go Dawgs!
