Fully equipped kitchen, and 65” tv for relaxing in the evenings. Outdoor deck and fire pit for evening lounging and enjoyment. Sit on the dock and enjoy the tidal creek or relax in the Adirondack chairs.

Studio beach cottage experience in North Naples. Take one of the two complementary bicycles on an easy 15 min bike ride to the beautiful Wiggins Pass State Park or Vanderbilt beach. Just 3 miles from the popular Mercado shops, restaurants and theater. Prefer to walk? It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? Take one of double kayaks from the dock to the beach.

Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Our dock offers the perfect place to keep your boat so you can make the most of your Everglades Adventure.

Only a short bike ride to the Naples Botanical Gardens, Sudgen Park, & East Naples Park- Home of the Pickleball Championship! Private waterfront home in the quaint fishing village of Goodland. We are on a deep water canal with 40 foot of dock space to park your fishing boat, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and the 10000 Islands National Park. We have 3 marinas ,walking distance , to launch your boat and get gas. Our home has a 300 square foot screened in porch and a 450 square foot dock with southern exposure to watch the sunrise and sunsets . The Marco Island shopping and beaches are 5 miles away.
