It's walking distance to Bass Lake (boat launch), close to Lake MI access points, and nearby Silver Lake & Ludington.Unwind and grill out on our wrap around deck, soak in the hot tub, or have a campfire.

Home offers a list of amenities such as custom appliances, granite countertops, lots of new furniture, flat screen TVs, grill and a huge wrap around porch. 150+ Mbps High speed internet and Verizon cell phone booster. We are only about 20 minutes away from Silver Lake! Recently added more finished basement space with foosball, mini basketball, and air hockey table for entertainment.

Large contemporary home with wrap around deck and great views of School Section Lake. Access to lake is available via public access. Enjoy your own 40 private acres of land with trails for walking or riding your ORV. Bring kayaks or your favorite water sports toys. Build a warm campfire in the evening and roast some marshmallows while the day turns to night. You won't run out of things to do at this secluded 40-acre property with everything you need to feel right at home.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Cozy Cabin in Rothbury

Looking for a fun getaway for families or groups? Our log home is nestled in the Back Forty of the Double JJ Ranch Resort. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths plus a large loft area for your use exclusively. The unit sleeps 8 (king, queen and 4 twins) with space for 4 additional people. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep or just for snacks if you'd rather eat out. The electric fireplace, Wifi, and a whirlpool bathtub are just a few extras you can enjoy.

Silver Lake/Pentwater Cabin

A cabin only 7 miles from the dunes and 7 miles from Pentwater. It's right in the middle! It has access to a private beach on Lake Michigan! Please note the beach is a half mile walk or drive. The main road can be busy but there is a side road as well. No houses on the block. There is a fire pit. Please note the second bedroom is a loft you have to walk through to get to the master bedroom. Feel free to ask questions.

Little Red School House, Pere Marquette River

Welcome to our delightful and charming 1903 Little Red School House, your perfect vacation rental for a memorable and enjoyable stay. The property was purchased in 1902 for $2.00. In 1948 they decided to close the school and the property was sold. The main level floors are original hard wood floors. The large deck offers you a breath-taking view of the Pere Marquette River.
