Fast internet (AT&T 1G). Equipped with a whole house fan for the few warm nights in San Diego. Absolutely NO PARTIES and be respectful. Please don’t try to sneak past the number of guests. Sorry no pets. We’ve had one bad experience that cost us a lot of wasted time and money. No access to the garage
