I live on the second floor, and there's one other neighbor on the third. Walk to Golden Gate Park. This is a brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

Please note that since this is a garden unit there is no stove. However, we do have a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. Dryer/Laundry is coin operated and at additional cost.

We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.
