River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Eventually in Denmark is only a fews minutes walk from Wilson Inlet and the Bibbulmum track, it has amazing views from the deck, inlet glimpses and the forest beyond. We are 3kms from Denmark town which has a great variety of coffee shops/cafes and homeware shops/galleries, 5kms from Ocean Beach and close driving distance to wineries, and areas of natural beauty such as Greens pool and Elephant rocks. We are amongst many walking/cycling tracks which will suit families and adventurers alike.

Denmark Town Studio - cosy self contained for two

Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Next to a Karri reserve with outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

Jarrahwood Cottage

Come and stay in our beautiful home we have acres for you to wander around and enjoy. Our 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 people it has an amazing playroom for kids, a pot belly in the large lounge with a pot belly fire will keep you warm on the cool nights. Watch the sunset over the beautiful view of the dam and into the valley. Only 15 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the famous Greens pool. We are just off the main tourist route of wineries, alpaca farm, cheese factory and much more.

This Villa has an amazing street level location and is relaxing, fresh and with a modern decor. Everyone who stays in our villa is incredibly delighted with the ambience. Its proximity to the beach, trendy cafes, shops, Boardwalk, CycleWay, Anzac Centre, parks, whale watching, town centre, tourist spots, is unsurpassed. A stroll along the beach is such a special treat - then just walk back to the Villa. Park your car and enjoy this wonderful location. So relaxing.

Enjoy a quiet retreat or bring the whole family to this comfortable, spacious guesthouse, nestled in by the peppermint trees along the Middleton Beach-Emu Point bike path and next to the stunning Albany Golf Course. This is the perfect location for a relaxed holiday experience, with everything you need a short drive away. The house is a 2 minute walk to the Albany Golf Clubhouse and a 5 minute walk to Dune Brewery - check websites for lunch and dinner menus!

Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Middleton Mews - Unit 6

Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. The complex is ideally located to enjoy the various sights and activities that the Great Southern offers.

Emu Point is a quiet little seaside community about 10 mins drive from Albany city centre. Set amongst the shade of the coastal peppermint trees of "The Point", our place is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There's a choice of two beaches within a couple of minutes walk - so whichever way the wind might blow you'll be able to find a sheltered spot to enjoy the white sand and brilliant blue water of the South Coast.

Nullaki Chalet - a blissful forrest retreat

This stunning, modern chalet is named after the local Nullaki peninsula. As soon as you walk in the door you will feel at home in this elegant, comfortable and spacious chalet Nullaki is nestled amongst the Karri forest, overlooking a magical grove of paperbark and peppermint trees which is home to a vast array of frogs and birds whose voices provide a soothing backdrop to your stay.

Situated high on Mt Clarence, our Hare Street unit is the ideal place for couples or a small family to spend a few days in the beautiful Albany area. We are situated half way between the centre of town and Middleton beach and a fifteen minute stroll to Middleton beach. Three night minimum stay on long weekends & school holidays. Four night minimum January.
