Die Ferienwohnung 60 qm befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach. Zum Bodensee sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Bushaltestelle (in Richtung Friedrichshafen und Konstanz ) sowie der Bahnhof in Fischbach sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten zu Fuß entfernt. Darüber hinaus sind ein Supermarkt, verschiedene Bäckereien, eine Apotheke, diverse Restaurants, das Frei- und Seebad Fischbach (300 m) sowie ein Biergarten fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre.

Es ist ein kleiner Ort mit 750 Einwohnern, umgeben von Obstplantagen. Sie ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses und befindet sich im Souterrain. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang mit einer kleinen sonnigen Frühstücksterrasse. Ein kostenloser Stellplatz direkt vor der Türe sorgt für eine bequeme An - und Abreise. .
