Casper's Cloud invites you to slow down and escape to a rural estate in Oberon, NSW. Our private-access king suite guest studio is designed to capture the essence of the Oberon high country. You can close the gates and immerse yourself in the serenity of the estate and its beautiful gardens. We can't wait to welcome you! Breakfast provided in the studio consists of toast, condiments, yoghurt and muesli. Our farm fresh eggs are also availble for purchase. Take home some of our cluckers produce.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the bank of the pristine Fish River, this little house has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located on a working farm but in its own private setting. The house has bedroom with river views, bathroom, kitchen, living area, al fresco area with BBQ & second refrigerator. Excellent trout fishing (in season), 15 minutes to Tarana, 15 minutes to Oberon, 30 minutes to Mayfield Gardens, 45 Mins to Jenolan Caves.

Conmurra is 67 ha (167 acres). Walk or bike along 4km of tracks & trails or take a guided sunset wildlife walk ($100 value) to see endangered animals in our wildlife sanctuary. Our clean, modern cabin is situated in gorgeous bushland, near the Conmurra Homestead & just 15 mins from Bathurst.

Pine Needle Cottage is a quaint, cosy 2 bedroom house in town on a quiet suburban street, which has been fully renovated on the inside for your comfort throughout the year. Our cottage provides you with all the little things that make your stay comfortable. Oberon is the perfect place to explore the beautiful pine forests, go mushroom foraging, fossicking, truffle hunting, fishing, enjoying a drink and seasonal produce at Mayfield Gardens or just having a cuppa by the fireplace.

Shearers Cottage | Quiet Country Escape

The Shearers’ Cottage is a restored two-bedroom cottage set on farmland in the high country, just 10–15 minutes from Oberon. Originally built in the mid-1900s for farm workers, it’s been thoughtfully refurbished while retaining its character — simple, cosy, and comfortable. The setting is private and peaceful, with views across farmland, forest, and distant hills. It’s well suited to couples or small groups looking to switch off, slow down, and enjoy an authentic rural stay.

Due to the working farm environment, including unfenced dams and farm machinery, the cottage is not suitable for children or infants.

St Clements Cottage

St Clements Cottage is a charming cabin situated on the picturesque Butterfactory Lane, approximately nine kilometres from Oberon town centre. It is set amongst six acres of a family owned property where stunning English gardens meet rustic tablelands countryside. About two and a half hours from Sydney, the Jenolan Caves, Mayfield Gardens and the historical town of Hartley are all within a short driving distance of St Clements Cottage.

Enjoy a luxury stay at 'Highfields Gatehouse’, set amongst 5 acres of show gardens. Perfect for two couples wanting to relax and unwind in a unique setting. Escape to Delaware Retreat, a private two-bedroom guest house on a peaceful farm just minutes from Bathurst. Enjoy paddock views, beautiful sunsets and animal feeding or stable visits by prior arrangement. Your standalone guest house is exclusively yours. Our family or separately booked guests may stay in the main house nearby. The playground is shared; the main house’s pool and private gardens are not included.
