This 900 sq ft unit professionally designed by Steven G. is located one block from the beach, steps away from the Intracoastal and a 7 minute Uber from the shops , restaurants and nightlife on Las Olas Blvd. This modern property was built in 2018 and offers a complete array of hotel-like amenities including 2 rooftop pools, fitness center, 24 hour security and valet parking (for a fee). Our condo has a spa-like bathroom, modern kitchen and huge patio.

Fully-equipped one queen bed/one bath plus sofa bed, sleeps 4 (from same family). This delightful air-conditioned condo is located in a charming, quiet and well-maintained building on the intracoastal, just one block from Fort Lauderdale beach, shops and restaurants. Wifi, cable tv & streaming services and car parking space included, the condo is well-equipped with a washer and dryer and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway! Sorry, no parties, no smoking and no pets.
