This wonderful North Woods cabin envelopes you in pine paneling and has a porch overlooking a trout pond and almost 500 acres of a private estate on the highest hilltop around. Play where the animals do - moose, bear, beaver, and eagles all call this home. Hike fields and woods or visit our private 10-acre pond. Catch a glimpse of our resident white crow. Lantern Lane, 6 miles to Houlton. On Sled Trail!

This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

Timoney Lake Cottage

The cottage was built in 2017 with full Amish construction. It is located on Timoney Lake in Oakfield, ME, in the heart of Amish country. The cottage comes with a 16 foot dock with a canoe and two kayaks. Swimming is available, but silty bottom directly in front of cottage. We recommend swimming off a boat in deeper water. This cottage provides great fishing, hunting, four wheeling, and hiking. Enjoy the outdoors with all of the amenities of home! We are 100% pet friendly!

The Wiley Moose Cabin

Welcome to our cozy cabin out in the woods in Littleton, Maine, just off of US 1, ten minutes north of the town of Houlton. The Southern Bangor and Aroostook ATV trail borders our property. So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.

Relax with the whole family at our river's edge retreat. You will have the entire cabin to yourself as you enjoy our newly built cozy cabin. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

Camp Spaulding, Lake House

This is a prefect peaceful getaway for you & your family. Just a few feet from the lake! You can enjoy fishing, swimming, camp fire, and watching the ducks and loons!! Included with the camp is a paddle board, paddle boat and a kayak!! Many trails nearby for hiking and exploring. Direct access route for days of atving adventures! Camp Spaulding is 5 minutes off the highway! Rustic Maine Camp with all the sweet comforts of home.

Maine Lake Cabin

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.

Grandma’s Cozy Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this cozy rustic cabin, that sits on 45 acres, surrounded by wildlife. If you’re looking to relax with nature this cabin is the place to stay. This cabin provides 2 private rooms each with queen beds, a loft that has a queen and a full beds. The ATV trail runs through the property and a short distance to ITS trails. Sit on the deck and relax and watch nature come to you.

Stunning Walkout with Panaromic Country Views

Walkout Suite is situated less than 5 minutes from Trans Canada Highway and Hwy 95 to the USA. Suite has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It has it's own separate driveway and private entrance. Self check in. Close to USA border. No smoking or drugs on property please. No pet exceptions sorry. Property is intended for guests listed on the reservation only.

Apartment 201 in The Rice Block

The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of today. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
