Härlig familjeplats, öppna ytor med utsikt över 1700-talskvarn. Välutrustat kök, ett paradis för matlagning! Bastu och tillgång till liten badplats, roddbåt och 4 kanoter (Kanadensare). Stor altan, 2 grillar. Liten fotbollsplan med 2 mål. Stor studsmatta (utan nät), pingisbord, närhet till bär- och svampskog. 5 km till golfbana, möjlighet låna golfklubbor, 2 pers. Wifi. En liten mysig stuga med havet som närmaste granne vid fantastiska Bröllopsviken. 2 sovrum, en dubbelsäng i stora sovrummet o en våningssäng i det mindre. Kök fullt utrustat med matplats , wc med dusch o tvättmaskin. Altan med en fantastisk utsikt över havet möblerad med utemöbler och grill. Delad tillgång till en liten strand och brygga för bad precis nedanför huset. Boka till vedeldad havsbastu och kajaker som finns på den delade stranden. Njut av detta unika och lugna boende.

Modernt hus på havstomt med egenbrygga avskiltläge

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

A gem on the shores of Bråviken. Now you have found the right one. Book a fully equipped cottage with all amenities just 50 m from a nice little sandy beach and if you do not want to swim in the sea there is always the spa and pool. Here you can bubble under the stars. The kolgrill is ready for you. Enjoy a dinner when you admire the fantastic view out towards Bråviken and beyond the Arkösund archipelago. Grocery store is in Östra Husby from Lönö about 20 minutes.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.

Your own private paradise by the lake in the forest. If you want to enjoy the quietness and nature this is the place. Big house for up to 11 persons (10+1 child), several seating areas, WC with shower. Large garden with lawn for play and games. Trampoline.
