I stayed for a total of 7 days and I couldn’t have found a better place in the area that I needed. It was nicely cleaned, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cookware/dishes and utensils. Extremely convenient stores, shops and restaurants all around.

Great hosts, will stay here again in the future!

Randal did a great job giving us instructions on how to get into the condo and he responded very quickly! The room was spacious and very clean besides some small things! Would recommend!!

Great location with easy access to the Sphere which is next door. Check in was simple. Place was very clean with a nice full kitchen and lounge. We would rent again if we go to the Sphere another time.

We had a great stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed. We were close enough to the strip without being on the strip. Kids loved the pool!

We had a wonderful stay - Rudolf was super responsive and kind, and the place was perfect. We were in Vegas to see some shows at the Sphere, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was super clean, and we loved having our own kitchen and balcony. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

This is an excellent place to stay to avoid the intensity of the strip and yet it's a short drive to all and very convenient. Quiet accomodations and a lovely place to stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb for my fifth time, and it truly exceeded my expectations yet again. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sense of privacy the space offered. The property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a serene retreat. This was a key aspect of my stay, as I was looking for a getaway to unwind and recharge, and this place provided just that. One of the standout features of this Airbnb is the ease of access. The host provided clear directions for check-in, and the process was seamless. There was no hassle with keys or complex entry systems; I was able to settle in quickly and start enjoying my stay without delay. This convenience made all the difference, especially after a long journey. Another great advantage of this location was the accessibility to various dining options. Julian was an exceptional host. He was quick to respond to all of my questions. The place was close to all the attractions and had lots of extra touches. The towels smelled amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Added bonus was the water cooler. Fresh cold water.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are looking for peace and tranquility. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was lovely falling asleep to the sound of the fountain outside. Thank you for the hospitality, Alexis!

We found this to be a nice location. Easy to get to the strip, beautiful views of the rio (a fun led dressed high rise) the clover pool is heated / waterfall pool is ice cold. They’re beautiful pool areas with nice lounge chairs and palm trees. Easy access and check in. Comfy beds and a convenient pull out couch for a small child. Coffee bar was great! Overall the place was great for what we paid and much better than any hotels of equal price. Hosts were great at communicating and the process was very smooth all around.

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

I would give this accommodation 4.5 ⭐️. The property was exactly as described, and Qiu was very kind and helpful. Before our arrival, we received very clear and detailed instructions from her, and she even mentioned where the nearest grocery store was! This was really helpful for us when we had just arrived. The property felt safe to us as it is monitored 24/7. One of the security guards took pictures outside and told us he was just ensuring our safety (I think he was making sure no one who shouldn’t be outside was around), which made us feel secure. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. I’m deducting 0.5 ⭐️ because the neighbor upstairs walked very loudly, which caused us to wake up a few times at night, but I know Qiu can’t control this. Overall, this was a fantastic place for our Las Vegas trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing holiday in Las Vegas, staying at Laci's lovely apartment, which is also perfectly and conveniently located from the Las Vegas Strip and other local amenities. Laci is a great host, super responsive to all our questions and extremely helpful. The apartment gave us so much flexibility during our holiday, as we were able to explore more of Las Vegas itself, as well as the Strip, so much so, we wished we were visiting for longer. It was so nice after being out, to return to the apartment and relax, in the peaceful surroundings and being able to buy and prepare our own food and drink, was also perfect. We were able to walk to / from the Strip and other amenities. We also took a cab to the Strip, which took less than 5 minutes. From a personal perspective, we would recommend Laci's apartment, as it provides the perfect balance of being able to explore the Strip, as well as other parts of Las Vegas. Thanks again Laci, for a wonderful stay, and we hope to return one day.

This Airbnb was a great spot for Wrestlemania weekend . It was off of the strip which was nice but walkable to casinos like Rio and Palms if we wanted that casino vibes and great food options. We did have to Uber everywhere else by choice because we were going all over the town. But the Ubers always came to our exact location and it was never any trouble. Camille let us check in early and we had an amazing stay the whole time.

The place matched the description, and the hosts were very responsive. The apartment is located within a gated community, which made us feel safe staying there with our infant. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t get a chance to explore the area much, but overall, the location is convenient—close enough to the Strip.

Do not wait, book it now! This place is an absolute gem and I will stay here over and over again!! Absolutely stunning view from the very spacious balcony you can see the entire strip from the Strat to the Luxor. 15 minute ride to anywhere you want to go. Beautiful pool with a cool vibe and giant hot tub (with massage force jets!!). Walkable to food, convenience and smoke shops. We spent more time hanging out on the balcony than anywhere else and we even saw the Goodyear blimp pass by!! I will be recommending this spot to anyone who will listen!!

Santiago was a great host and has a beautiful place. The pictures were spot on and the home was very comfortable and clean. The gated community felt very safe. There were very clear easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out.
