We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was perfect for our family of three. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the MGM pool complex via an indoor walkway, which was super convenient. The tower we stayed in also had its own pool and hot tub, both of which were the perfect size and temperature for relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the Strip but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, everything was fantastic. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Vegas! Off strip with a beautiful view, but close enough to enjoy everything. Abe was responsive and made sure we had the balcony opened for our stay. The place was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

Great find that’s walking distance from the strip! Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend if you’re seeing a show at the Sphere. Less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphere. Also, very quiet. I felt safe with the guard gates and it was peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Luk's place! We were able to walk to The Sphere for both of the shows that we saw there (we felt totally safe). And we enjoyed watching the various displays of The Sphere from the parking lot. The location is close to all of the best spots on the strip! In between outings it was a great place to hang out and play cards with our friends, pour some pre-dinner cocktails and make our own breakfast (to save some money). While we had neighbors above us, and next door to us, we hardly ever heard them. The staff and grounds crew were all very friendly. The room had plenty of supplies to cook a basic breakfast and make coffee, and the little store had all of the food items we needed. Overall, we are so happy we found this place and selected it instead one of the strip/casino hotels we were initially looking at. After seeing some of the poor reviews and how much people spent on them, this was by far a much better option! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was great! Communication with Eddie was prompt and thorough. The unit was exactly what I needed. It was in the perfect location, clean, and had all of the amenities I was looking for. It was also very well-priced. If you need a place to stay in Vegas, look no further!

I honestly was not expecting what we paid for. The airbnb was perfect for all our needs and had a great view. For my first mini vacation in Vegas the place and amenities definitely did not disappoint!

Nice place and very close to the strip! The bed was a lot more comfortable than some of the other reviews, and it wasn’t loud like some of the other reviews said. It was not very clean when we arrived. The rug was not vacuumed at all and the sheet was stained yellow so I asked for new sheets. Shower was really nice. The pool and roof were closed and so I think that’s why they didn’t charge us the resort fees. I do think it is overpriced for what it is, but it’s in Vegas and so reasonable when compared to other local places.

This is a great location right off the Strip. Its actually a one bedroom and a separate studio that is connected. The one bedroom has a kitchen. Kitchen had everything (plates, cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans). Bathroom was clean and functional. Would definitely reccommend this place!

Tom’s place was great. Clean, comfortable, spacious, lots to do on the property, and close to the strip. He was a responsive host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!
