The Stables

The original stable to historic 160 year old Telegraph House has been renovated to a self contained one bedroom guesthouse with new en-suite , living area and well equipped kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop and coffee machine. The living area has a wood burner fireplace, table and chairs, sofa, television, internet (NBN) and French doors opening onto verandah. The property has a secure yard and stall for a horse - $20 per night - and plenty of secure off street parking for a rig.

Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, reverse cycle air con to the living room and queen bedroom. Modern bathroom with shower over the bath. Study/work area. Covered deck overlooks a fully fenced backyard. Parking on street or in the driveway. Meals close by at Patina & Bean, Eat@153, Karl & Wally’s Pizza, Merriwa Bakery, RSL and Hotel. 24/7 laundromat & ATM are steps away.

Our historic Cottage has stood graciously on the banks of the Barrington River since the 1880s. Scenic countryside is at your doorstep: enjoy a rambling walk and splash in the river. In winter, rekindle by the slow combustion fire, and let your soul unwind. Take in the tranquil scenery, with beauty that captivates as the seasons change. Only a 10 minute drive to Gloucester, you’ll be close enough to anything you might need during your stay. Welcome, we hope you’ll enjoy this gentle friend.

Gorgeous Country Woolshed

Enjoy a relaxing stay in an original woolshed that is over 100 years old! Located on our 100 acre property, the woolshed is distanced from the main residence so you can enjoy the privacy and peace you find on the land. Property features include: Full Kitchen, Large living/dining area, Tv/wifi, Ceiling Fans in living area, newly built sleeping quarter and bathroom w/queen bed & reverse cycle. Uber/Taxi available, 16KMS to CBD. *Fire place is not functional. Adults only, strictly no animals.

Kumbogie Cabin

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.

Short Street Cottage is a renovated 3 bedroom home on a 300acre working farm in the picturesque village of Weabonga, in the foothills of the New England Tablelands. It provides a secluded and quiet stay for families or small groups of 6 to get away from it all in comfort and luxury. Beautifully furnished with restored and vintage furniture and a carefully curated selection of artwork and treasures. For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .

Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. Pets are not to be left unattended in cottage. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers on arrival.

The Old School Weathershed is located in the small and vibrant village of Gundy, 20km east of Scone in the Upper Hunter. Boasting lovely scenery, horse studs, cycling and bushwalking it is a beautiful, tranquil part of NSW with plenty to see and do. The Old School of Gundy was built in the late 1800's and converted to a stunning home in recent times. The Weather Shed is the children's playground shelter, beautifully converted into luxury guest accommodation.
