Set amongst open pasture land and a short drive to the white sands of Culburra Beach and Jervis Bay, this picturesque charming homestead is surrounded by open fields with not a neighbour in sight. The peace and privacy that this location offers is exceptional, as is the convenience of nearby surf beaches, wineries and restaurants. This is a circa early 1900s property on approx one acre of lawns and mature trees. There is an abundance of space to play and relax on the lawns.

Please be aware the guest suite is the bottom half of my home. It is a 2 bedroom self contained suite. It is 5 mins to the ocean, 9 mins to beautiful Berry. 500mtrs from the vineyards of Coolangatta Winery. 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 bunk+ trundle. It has a lounge/dining room, full size bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, small cook top, no stove, washer/dryer; dining table with chairs & 2 large TVs, Netflix and Stan.

We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

'Kameruka' Rainforest loft, stunning views

Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.
