Mam Monica's listing is a rare find. Super spotless clean. Our family usually brings own pillows and blankets whenever we travel (even in hotels), but in Mam Monica's home, we did not feel the compulsion to use what we brought. The place is also well-designed. Well-thought of the placing of the appliances. Super homey the villa. On top of all these, Mam Monica is an amazing host. Grabe the hospitality and generosity. Our families and children enjoyed very much. In my daughter's words, she wants to stay twenty days. <3 Its like we stayed over a very close family/family friend. Not a stranger. Thank you, Mam Monica. You and your home definitely made core memories both to us adults and our children <3

There are great stays and then there are amazing humanitarian encounters. My fiance was staying by herself, while I was out of the country. She had developed the flu and was very sick. Through compassion Dennis and his wife took great care of her. They gave her medicine and made her homemade soup and kept and eye on her and kept me updated. Never have I seen such dedication to Customer Service and hosting as this exemplary service from this outstanding humanitarian host. God bless you both!!! I highly recommend this stay for everyone you will be treated like family with loving care.

Stayed for one day and one night for a family gathering, the host provided all the stuffs i needed, and answered all questions I've asked about the property. Great location, the pool is amazing and there is a big area for everybody for eating and event. Will definitely come back again. ✌️ 💯

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

It really is the patience (in answering our questions) and the courtesy that the hosts provided that made our stay worthwhile. The place may be a bit far, but we've had access to transport and delivery service. Also, the instructions on how to get to the place was on the spot - unlike other properties located in suburban areas that required us to literally hunt for the exact location. This one didn't give us a hard time. Every single amenity described worked as expected. There were sufficient cookery, kitchen appliances and dinnerware available for a small family or group to make their stay absolutely feel at home. Our pre-schooler didn't want to leave and wanted to make the place a permanent home. I guess a child's POV is enough for other future guests to consider spending their staycation in this small but posh property. There were minor mishaps but that didn't impact our stay at all. The hosts were positively receptive about us mentioning to them this micro mishaps.

The two bedrooms was very handy. Price was very reasonable and aircon in bedroom worked well. Having two full bathrooms was nice. Overall, a very nice place for short or long term. Highly recommend.

Host is very responsive. Easy check in and check out. There was a slight miscommunication with the caretaker but it was nothing major. We still had a great stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the park and the neighborhood. They began begging for us to purchase a home there. Haha. This house a great family home and is easy to grow comfortable in. If you love your provide cook your own food. There is a grocery store with on walking distance of the house. The marquee mall was literally a 5 minute drive down the road. Overall, it was a great stay. My family and I will return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Balai Mabini! Great location, very accessible, and super cosy — perfect for some quiet family time. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Ideal spot for families with kids. Would definitely come back!

Hacienda De Bourbon met our expectations. It had all the listed amenities. The place was quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay. More importantly, there were no mosquitoes in the house. The care takers were friendly and easy to talk to. They are willing to assist on your baggages during in/egress. Overall, we had a great time during our stay. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick getaway from Metro Manila.

The place is secluded with a gate to get in. Kuya Mike and Kuya Noel are very helpful with all the questions I needed. The house is modern, beautiful, and welcoming. And, there’s no certain time to be quiet which was a plus. There was lots of place to sit and hang out, pool was massive, and provided karaoke, the room with 2 beds (not the bunkbeds) were very comfortable. But then there was pests in the bathroom majority and the smell which you expect on a farm area was horrible although myself, family, and friends got used to it. The pests issue was brought with the host Ms. Lerma, which very friendly, understanding, and easy to accommodate. We worked it out and she made sure that I had fun time at her place. Overall, would be definitely interested coming back again due to price, place, and of course the wonderful host! Thank you again <3
