The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

This purpose built house is a your home away from home centred around outdoor fun! Complete with a woodfired pizza oven, BBQ area and a cosy outdoor setting around an open fire pit. We have been holiday renting for over 10 years and this house is designed for exactly that. Everything you need is supplied for you to rest, relax and enjoy. While the home provides endless entertainment, Jervis Bay is less than 20mins away with pristine beaches and the Shoalhaven River has plenty of fishing spots.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.
