beautiful spot, hopefully be back in the summer

she was able to get us in the air bnb nit even 4h after we asked super flexible with last second requests, she answered every question I asked was was super helpful. the property was beautiful and just like the pics, home was very cozy, clean and came with lots of extra towels, bed sheets and condiments. coffee,hot chocolate and a basket of snacks. we I'll for sure be comeing back next time we are in the area.

Such a fun & unique place to stay! Compact way to spend time together with family & yet spacious enough. The view was gorgeous & we enjoyed hearing the peepers at night. We had everything we needed in the space & the space was very clean & well laid out. Communications were excellent as well as a well done information booklet. The location was right on the shore & i walked to the harbour on the rocky shore. We saw Canadian geese & bald eagled. Perfect location to explore from!

We chose this place because it was close by and it is Winter. We had a big snow storm the day of our arrival. Fortunately we only had a 20 min drive and yet it felt like we were in the woods. Robert greeted us and showed us around his lovely home. It was a place where the whole family could spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day together. All eight of us declared it was the best family Christmas we had in a long time. The beauty could be seen from every window. We were provided with everything we needed to have meals together and to play games and the young adults loved the hot tub. Robert had a beautiful Christmas tree set up and there was lots of little cozy spots to have one on one chats with each other. We realized after meeting Robert that he would be so cool to hang out with but he had other family plans. We are seriously considering making it a new Christmas Tradition.

Probably out favorite AirBnB to date. We needed a bigger place than usual for the whole family - and this perfectly fit the bill. Huge, great kitchen, very comfortable, and very clean. Everything was A1. It only took us 24 minutes on average to get from here to Centennial Pool for our swim meet - totally worth the short drive to have a place that comfortably accommodated everyone. Would definitely stay here again if we need a similar size location in Halifax again.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. It was very clean, the host is so kind, extremely responsive, and the area was so serene and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back!

The house was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The appliances were great quality and the house was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a lovely stay!

Our large family enjoyed a 5 night stay at the house and it is easily one of the nicest in our memory of AirBnB homes. There was lots of space for our group and the little kids loved exploring outside. We hosted some extra family one evening for dinner and found everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too! We loved everything about this home. It's little out of the city but that was ok for us. A memorable trip for us!

The kw house is one of a kind , relaxing on the patio looking down at the river ,well decorated inside and outside the cottage makes you feel right away on vacation , quiet and enjoyable Place,always having a perfect stay , will be back next year!

If you want a relaxing stay this is the place to go.Beautiful spot and only minutes from the water.Cozy cabin nestled in the woods.Waking up to the birds singing in the morning is a wonderful sound.Its less then 30 minutes to drive to Windsor lots of stores there if you need anything.This cabin has everything you need.Just bring your clothes and food.

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at the cottage. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The place is very private and we got to enjoy the kayaks and a lovely bonfire under the stars. The hosts are very accommodating, friendly and responsive. This is one of the nicest AirBnBs I have stayed at and we are already planning to come again next summer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cottage! The views of the bay are breathtaking from the wrap around deck and from inside as well. My husband and I had a great weekend getaway and enjoyed cooking on deck, sipping coffee in the mornings and playing pool in the evenings. Great for couples and families. Highly recommend :)

This place is fantastic for getting rid of stress. The service is great, it's super clean and quiet, and the view is amazing. If you want to escape the city, this is a perfect spot – a definite 10 out of 10. I'll definitely be going back!

Had a lovely little family getaway with our fur baby and we all loved Cheryl cabin. Peaceful but still very close to the amenities. Welcome wine and dog treats were very thoughtful and an early check in on a beautiful day was so appreciated. The hot tub and heated robes made for such relaxing nights too. Thank you Cheryl

What a jewel their cottage is, and exactly as described. The cottage was immaculate and everything you need is there and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had longer to visit. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area, while enjoying a nice relaxing place to stay on a lovely lake. Loved the kayaking as well.

An amazing and peaceful escape to the woods. The cabin is perfect with a beautiful deck and view. Has just the right amount of comfort while allowing you to enjoy nature. Tina and Graham are fantastic hosts, kind people, and take pride in their perfect cabin in the woods. Our dog was welcome and comfortable with lots of space to explore, they even loaned us their visibility vests and a dog bed! We will definitely be coming back.

Another successful stay at Keith's place. we were visiting family for Thanksgiving and Keith was very accommodating and provided heaters for the chilly weekend weather. Always great to stay at this spot!

We absolutely loved our stay over Easter weekend! Scott was very friendly and easy to connect with! It was a weekend of relaxation and connecting with nature! The hot tub was a great addition. Also the gorgeous wood work!! Also the sunrises from the loft were incredible!! We will definitely be coming back!
