This cozy studio located in the basement features a semi-private bedroom (curtain), an additional office/ bedroom (no window) , full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen (no stove). Enjoy a hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, abundant wildlife, and a 200m trail leading directly to the river. Perfect for nature lovers 🐾 Pet friendly! For outdoor lovers, enjoy Brookvale Ski Park, Hillcrest Disc Golf, and Island Hill Farms nearby. Our cabins provide all the comforts of home, allowing you to unwind in nature. We welcome your furry companions for a $20 fee. Please kennel pets if left unattended.

A little one room cottage offers a double bed with a night table and dresser, as well as a table, ceiling fan, mini fridge and 2 chairs. On the hot days you can turn on the Air Conditioning to cool down, or take a dip in our 36'x16' inground salwater pool. Washroom and shower facilities are steps away.
