I am located less than a minute walk, across the road from the beach and waterfront trail in a fully furnished, newly renovated basement suite (new ceilings, floors, appliances , Kitchen etc). Parking included along with a private entrance with secluded patio and bbq. For your private use. Living room includes pull out sofa and sofa. Portable blue tooth speakers, apple tv, Netflix, Prime, Disney + , Crave and high speed wifi. Dining room table , includes queen size bed, double and single bed.

A comfortable, functional space with full kitchen, desk/work area, bedroom with queen bed and double closets. Livingroom with smart TV ( Netflix, Roku, Crave & more), electric fireplace, fold-down couch/queen bed. Strong (Bell Fibe 1.5 gb) Wifi. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.

The cabin facing the river. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bedroom 1: has a Double with a single on top. Bedroom 2: has two singles bunk. Living-room has a sofa bed. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, large air-fryer , microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. Hiking, ATV, Snowmobile trail runs right behind the cabin for all year fun. A/C in the summer and fully winterized. Unlimited STARLINK Wi-Fi. "NO PETS" policy.

Our place is on the Trent Severn Waterways and near down town shopping. Great for biking,kyaking, pubs and restaurants. Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .
