Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique and cozy. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, be warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove or electric space heater and has a outdoor composting toilet and a shared indoor bathroom. Come enjoy the only dome of it's kind in the whole country!

Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.

This Studio is freshly renovated and on the second floor of a quiet home. We are a five minute walk from all downtown amenities (Including the library and the Credit Union Business Center) and a five minute drive from all shops and the hospital in Amherst. Suitable for a couple but ideal for folks in need of a temporary spot to stay if your work brings you this way. A 90 second walk takes you to lovely Curry Park.
