It has 2 ensuite bedrooms with king size beds, a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room with a glass gable incorporating patio doors leading onto a covered timber balcony where guests can relax and have a meal or a glass of wine.

Our Exclusive Luxury Lodge is slightly different from our other lodges as it has an open planned, spacious living area as well as well as an extensive decking area outside which includes outdoor seating, a private hot tub and private sauna. Betty's Little Cottage

Betty's Little cottage is home from home. accommodation separate from main house consisting of two beds, third if required. kitchenette and separate bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities with tv and internet access. Off street parking and use of garden. (Please can I just reaffirm our address is 29 sunningdale park and NOT sunningdale park north as there has been some confusion. Thank you)

South Facing Garden enclosed with share space of the Garden. The owner lives in the Bungalow beside the house and has a very friendly Cockapoo dog.
