Located in the picturesque fishing village of Portavogie, the cottage is a five-minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches and views to Scotland and the Isle of Man. Award winning Fish restaurant the Quays is located in the village with a fuel station and convenience stores located nearby. A short drive will take you to the Links Golf Course at Kirkiston Castle. further leading you to St Patrick's trail.

Just a 5 minute walk from the west strand beach, it has a spacious kitchen/bar/dining area, large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a beautiful sun facing enclosed back garden. The house is wheelchair friendly, with a ramp, widened doors, lowered switches and shower. Parking for 3-4 cars.
