Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Kaunis hirsitalo Pielisen rannalla. Rauhallinen sijainti, upeat maisemat ja hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet kuvaavat tätä kohdetta parhaiten. Talvella hiihtoladulle pääsee mökin edestä jäältä. Lisäksi Timitran hiihtokeskuksen ladut kulkevat kävelymatkan päässä mökistä. Mökin pihapiirissä hyvät mäenlasku mahdollisuudet, sekä muutenkin hienot puitteet talvi aktiviteettien harrastamiseen. Kaupungin palvelut kuitenkin saatavilla muutaman kilometrin päässä.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
