It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Furnished with antique furniture and decorated with much care and respect for the local traditions, the house is the perfect place to be if you want to explore Cyprus’s capital and feel its unique spirit.

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.

The house is opposite Ghost Town (Varosha) which you can explore. The house is 10 minutes away from the old town. Markets and restaurants are walking distance to the house. You have the whole house to yourself with a small garden and a garage to park your car for free. One bedroom with one king size bed. Free fast Wi-Fi.
