Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

We had a lovely stay, the upstairs was so bright and fresh. The furniture was comfy and the television simple to use. Our only st back was that when we searched Thursday to Sat the price was $262. Unfortunately we had to wait till Friday which resulted in $100 more. But the friendliness and user friendly kitchen was great.

Very cozy home away from home with a delightful host family upstairs who are very accommodating and communicative. The space is warm, welcoming and well appointed. A great location for a short or extended stay!

Dominic and Deanna were very nice. They helped us with everything when we needed help and never took long to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely place to stay for the night - exactly what we expected!

We had a great time! The host was very communicative and accommodating to our check in and out requests. The airbnb was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Maximes place was perfect. Maxime went out of his way to be accommodating for us and allowed us to check in early. He was easy and quick to communicate with. The check in, check out was easy. It was a great location and good walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. Would recommend and would come back!

Stayed in this house for a long weekend and it was wonderful! It’s a very comfortable house with ample bathrooms and a perfect location. It’s easy to get into town and very close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, the beds are comfortable and clean, the entire house was very spotless. If you’re looking for a nice getaway in Newport, this house will be good to you!

I’m very happy with my stay! The beds were actually very comfortable! That’s sometimes hard to come by. Perfect place for my kids and I to stay.

Antoinette's place was fully stocked and equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and quiet neighborhood. There were a few board/card games and we ended up getting hooked on Skip Bo! Snacks and candy were a nice touch! Great place, great stay.

The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location has great proximity to beaches, restaurants, shops, and ice cream. We really enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a great neighborhood and a suitable stay for our needs. There were some hiccups with entry due to technical issues but the host was incredibly responsive, helping us solve these issues promptly. I would add the stairs are a bit steep inside, which was fine for us but just calling it out for those with mobility issues. Overall, it's a lovely home and will definitely be staying again for our next trip to DC.

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

We got in late and the porch light was left on for us which was very helpful. It was very cozy and clean. Kid friendly. There wasn’t any clutter so we didn’t have to chase our kids around to keep them out of things. It was the perfect location in Clayton, close to everything. The house had everything we needed, it was a wonderful stay .

The spot was super clean and had everything you needed, the location of it was great, and Griffin was a responsive and helpful host.

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

We stayed over Christmas because our daughter could not come home for the holiday due to her work schedule. Lisa had a Christmas tree and decorations up upon our arrival! We loved being so close to the beach…it was so beautiful with the snow! The condo was the perfect size and all the beds were very comfortable. Lisa is an excellent host, she was very responsive with any questions.

Ashley was quick to respond to messages and the room was very clean. It is somewhat far from surrounding towns. This is the ideal place for a quiet and cozy stay.

Very nice place with enclosed patios. Neighbors were very friendly.

Sami’s place was exactly as described and pictured. It was really clean, the towels and bedding smelled like laundry, which I really appreciated. It was perfect for our little weekend staycation. He was also very responsive and clear with all his instructions.

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!
