Renovated studio in barn built circa 1830, centrally located to all activities in the Berkshires. Bright and sunny space with views of fields and spectacular sunsets. This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.

This beautiful studio space is a barn loft with private deck off back. Open concept with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and fully equip kitchen. Large walk in shower and queen size bed. Just one mile from North Woodstock town and 15 minutes to hundreds of trails and attractions. Skiing at loon 15 minutes, Ice castles next door. ALSO NO hidden costs or cleaning fees added (we figure you should see what you are paying up front!).
